No it is never too late to start and age truly is just a number! We would begin with bodyweight exercises and build up from there. With over 30 yrs experience, you will be in good hands.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. I strongly believe however, that exercise should be a lifelong commitment with no end goal. Keep moving daily because consistency is key.
